RISK OF LOSS

All items purchased from GlassBeadsUK are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

PRICING

Prices stated on GlassBeadsUK are in UK Pounds sterling and are based on fluctuating metal prices. We endeavour to keep prices constant levels but we reserve the right to change prices at any time when the need arises. Once an item has been purchased and we have received payment for it we will always honour the price quoted. In the event of a pricing error we will endeavour to honour the cheapest price but do reserve the right to cancel any order which would be uneconomic or where the price has been abused.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

GlassBeadsUK and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. Products are often supplied with metal and diamond weights where appropriate. Unless stated these are guides only and can vary by a few percent. Images do not necessarily represent an items true size and as such dimensions are supplied when the data is available.

GlassBeadsUK does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is without error but we endeavour to ensure all information is correct and up to date. If you have any queries regarding any product or content of the site please email us. If a product offered by GlassBeadsUK itself is not as described to an unsatisfactory level, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition and we will arrange refund or replacement.

DELIVERY AND RETURNS

Goods will be sent via Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery within Mainland UK. All deliveries to non-UK addresses will be sent via Royal Mail International Signed For Service or Airsure with delivery included in the price. A signature is required for proof of delivery.

Stock items will be sent out once we have authorisation from your payment card issuer. This process usually takes 3-4 working days. All stock items will be sent within 30 days. We will provide information from the date of processing your order the approximate delivery time scale for all items that are made to order.

You may return goods within 15 days from receipt of the goods. The customer is responsible for the return postage to GlassBeadsUK except in the case of faulty goods in which case we will refund your return postage. We recommend that you use Royal Mail Special Delivery which ensures the item is insured against loss.

Customers posting from countries other than the UK will need to consider customs charges for sending to the UK as we will not be held liable in paying these fees and will refuse to collect item(s) from the sorting office that require a fee to paid by ourselves. PLEASE LABEL ITEMS AS 'GIFT' OR 'COMMERCIAL SAMPLE' WITH A NIL VALUE.

If you wish to return any items of jewellery is it your responsibility to take reasonable care of the jewellery whilst in your possession. Jewellery must be returned in its original packaging and must be undamaged. A full refund for UK customers will be credited to your credit card account within 30 days. Wilful, malicious damage or negligence will void any rights you have to take advantage of our refund or exchange policies.

APPLICABLE LAW

By visiting GlassBeadsUK, you agree that the laws of England & Wales, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and GlassBeadsUK or its affiliates.

SITE POLICIES, MODIFICATION, AND SEVERABILITY

These policies also govern your visit to GlassBeadsUK We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time.
